Kaitlyn, a Santa Barbara native, is dedicated to shaping young minds as she pursues her associate's degree in early childhood education at Santa Barbara City College. Passionate about working with children of all ages, Kaitlyn is committed to nurturing their confidence and preparing them to explore the world independently. A firm believer in lifelong learning, she embraces the Montessori method to facilitate continuous growth. Kaitlyn's ultimate goal is to become a lead teacher, where she can inspire and guide children to reach their full potential.
