Admissions

Application for Infant, Toddler, and Primary

This is step 2 of applying: once we receive your application, your child is placed on our wait list. See all five steps

What the form asks for

It is a long form, and most of it goes faster with these to hand:

  • Contact details for each parent, including occupation and employer
  • The names, ages, and schools of up to three siblings
  • Up to two previous schools or childcare providers, and a current teacher's contact details if your child has one
  • Any testing or evaluations your child has had, and what you learned from them
  • Your signature

Six questions about your child and your family ask for answers in your own words. They run from what you hope your child will gain here to your child's birth story and your strengths and challenges as parents.
